Returns & Exchange

We want you to love your Airborn gear. If something doesn’t fit right or there’s an issue with your order, you can request a Return or Exchange below.

Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
  • Original packaging should be included

Exchange (Size / Product)

Exchange requests are valid for size issues, wrong product received, or damaged product.

Keep ready: Order ID + product name + current size + required size.

Return (Refund)

Once your return is approved, reverse pickup will be arranged. Refunds are processed after quality check.

Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after pickup & inspection.

Note: In case of exchanges, replacement dispatch may take 2–5 business days after pickup confirmation. Airborn reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet eligibility criteria.
